Our office will be running with very limited hours and access due to the Stay at Home Order. Please handle any business you can by phone, email or drop box. We have a drop box available at the east entrance to the building on the Olive Street side. Payments can also be mailed to P.O. Box 546, Sandpoint, ID 83864. For our tenants that have been or will be impacted by temporary closures of their workplace, please contact us if you need to make payment arrangements for your rent. We want to be proactive in helping everyone make a plan to get through this difficult time.
For our property owners, we will be staying in close contact with any owner who has a tenant that has been affected by the current health crisis. We know you still have a mortgage, property taxes, etc. to pay, and we will be working with our tenants to make payment arrangements as needed.
